The location was perfect. Very close (walking distance) to Puerto Banus. Lots of great restaurants nearby. The staff were amazing. Very accommodating and go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. The hotel is very customer service oriented - they check on you often to see if you need anything. The two pools were fantastic. The water was very cool and refreshing. The pools were not crowded at all, it was very easy to find sunbeds. Plenty of free parking spaces available to park your car if you want to rent one. The rooms were very nice and spacious. The balconies had a great view of the pools - and the best part is you can’t hear the dj by the pool when you have the window shut, so you are never disturbed when you need some peace and quiet.

Overall hotel look from the front and reception is very nice! Staff at check in/out and poolside were fab!! Both pool areas are very nice, poolside drink service was spot on! DJ playing at the pool area during the day was brilliant!! Wish we had spent more time at the pool area! Brilliant location! We only spotted the underground tunnel that takes you under the motorway and to the beach front on the last day! Will know for next time!

Overall, I liked the hotel. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help! The breakfasts were very tasty (for those on a diet, you can put together a quite healthy breakfast with vegetables, tuna, and gluten-free bread). I'd like to mention the delicious croissants :) The pool area was always clean, everything was stylish, and modern music played. Our room had a window facing the pool, so I really enjoyed spending evenings on the balcony.

Room was lovely Beds comfy The pillows best ever of all hotels I stayed in. The greeting of my name on TV very personal Room cleaned every day Fresh towels / toiletries Mini bar Staff very helpful and pleasant Handy supermarket Also cafe / pizza and sports bar few steps away Port banus was a twenty minute walk along the beach Taxi 4 minutes just 5 euro

This hotel is stunning! So cool! From the moment you arrive you are made to feel so welcome. The lobby is amazing and the artwork and artefacts around are really interesting. The pool is the show stopper outside. Walking to Puerto Banus harbour takes about 10-15 minutes and if you don't feel like walking back, its between 5 and 10 euros for a taxi.

The staff were very attentive at all times and in all areas. The bedroom was a reasonable size, clean, well maintained and the large bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent and in a great location along side the large swimming pool. The decor and Rock music vibe in the public areas was as I expected - very good.
